Using the game

You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the store through which you obtained it. The iOS edition is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These notes do not replace that agreement.

Progress and availability

Game progress is stored on your device. We do not promise recovery after the app is deleted or a device is lost. Features may change as the game is improved. We will try to address reported problems, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Content and third-party materials

Game artwork, code and other materials remain subject to their applicable ownership and licence terms. Third-party acknowledgements are available in the game’s credits.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Information about personal data is available in the privacy policy.
