Privacy policy
This policy covers the Bunny Nook iOS edition and its support website at lume.page. Bunny Nook is independently operated. Privacy enquiries can be sent to tianjohnxiang@gmail.com.
Information in the game
The current iOS edition does not require an account, display ads, use third-party analytics, or collect advertising identifiers. It does not send your gameplay progress to our servers.
Level progress, moves, settings and recent puzzle performance are saved locally on your device. Recent performance helps choose the difficulty of upcoming puzzles on your device. It is not shared with advertisers or used to identify you.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request and diagnose reported problems. Email is handled by our email provider, Google. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve your request, maintain necessary support records or comply with applicable obligations. You can request deletion by emailing us.
This website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the website, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information and request times. We do not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Apple services
App Store downloads, device backups and any diagnostics you choose to share with Apple are governed by your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy. This game does not operate its own cloud save service.
Your choices
You can remove locally stored game data by deleting the app; backups may retain copies depending on your Apple settings. To access, correct or delete information you sent us by email, contact us using the address above. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local privacy authority.
Children
The game does not require players to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can address it.
International processing and updates
Our email and hosting providers may process information in countries other than yours, under their applicable safeguards. If a future version adds ads, analytics or other data practices, we will update this policy and provide any required notices or choices before those practices apply.
